These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the Become Banker website and your enrolment in any program offered by Become Banker Education Pvt. Ltd. ("Become Banker", "we", "us"). By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. Who We Are

Become Banker is an independent career-training institute for the Banking, Finance and Insurance (BFSI) sector, established in 2019 and based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We are not a bank, insurer or NBFC, and we are not affiliated with, or an agent of, any bank or insurance company.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol.
• Most programs require you to be a graduate (or in your final year, as specified for each program). Specific eligibility is confirmed by our counselling team.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during enquiry, enrolment and placement, and to keep it updated.

3. Programs, Fees & Payments

• Program content, duration, schedule, fees and EMI options are as communicated at the time of enrolment and may be updated for future batches.
• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Seat booking is free. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Certain hire-and-train pathway fees are payable directly to the partner program provider and are governed by that provider's terms.

4. Placement Assistance — Important Disclaimer

"Job-assured" refers to guaranteed placement assistance including interview opportunities with our hiring partners, subject to program completion, attendance, and assessment criteria. Individual salary outcomes vary by role, company, and location. Become Banker is an independent training institute and is not affiliated with any bank or insurance company. Partner programs are offered by the respective banks/insurers in association with Manipal (UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI); fees are payable to the program providers and terms are subject to change.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes, complete assessments and meet the attendance and performance criteria required for certification and placement assistance.
• Conduct yourself professionally during training, interviews and at hiring-partner premises.
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience to us or to any hiring partner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs — including course material, curriculum, videos, text, graphics, logos and the "Become Banker" name and brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use it only for your personal learning. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute or publicly share our materials without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use of the Website

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Do not submit false, misleading or another person's information through our forms.

8. Third-Party Links & Partners

Our website and programs may reference or link to third parties such as banks, insurers, certification bodies (NISM, IRDAI) and financing partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, policies or practices of these third parties, and any dealings you have with them are solely between you and that party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Become Banker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or programs, or from placement outcomes. Our total liability in connection with any program is limited to the fees you have actually paid to us for that program.

10. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you use the site or enrol applies to you. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
